As a medical customer, I've been to many other dispensaries in a wide area, checking them out. Berkshire Roots is by far the best of all those I've been to. Great specials and benefits for people with a state Patient ID. Always a fast track line for medical people so you don't have to wait if it's busy. (Not sure what the other reviewers were doing, maybe they missed the Medical Aisle sign?) Will always be back again, won't bother with anywhere else. Always great selections at reasonable prices and often have good specials and discounts as well, and a good atmosphere. Always a very nice experience.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! I am so impressed with the speedy customer service!! Thank you for a very positive experience!!

Try the cookies there great, The 50 dollar ounce is insane I got what I would have paid 200-220 dollars on the street 20 years ago, Not as clean as more expensive dispensary weed they give you the full bud with the stem that carries the 3 to 4 smaller buds that get picked off on the more expensive bag. The quality is there I got an indica that had the punch you would expect. GREAT DEAL, times are good in the weed world!!!

This has been by far my favorite dispensary I’ve visited since getting my card. I’ve been going fairly frequently for a couple months now, and the staff is so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They provide great recommendations if you aren’t sure what to get for a specific issue, or if you’re a first timer like I was. There are nice discounts & promotions for new patients and for holidays. I’ve been quite satisfied with everything I have bought from them, and is definitely my favorite medical dispensary in the area.

Hive is hands down the best shop in Waterville, best product for sure, but that isn't even the best part the open grow room for all to see is def my fav part and also the recycle bag they give you $2 off everytime you bring it in and helps the environment!!! best place for sure

When I was TOTALLY hopeless that I would be anything but sick on these next two days because the methadone shuttle didn't pick me up, this place came through in flying colors at the last second and helped me to survive two days of being without my regular meds. My favorite local dispensary! The staff is super friendly, and generous with their time and knowledge. The prices are pretty great, and I love the Jack’s Pack where you get 3-1g prerolls for $20. Super convenient and affordable! The location is very accessible with tons of free parking. I always take my ESA, Bubba, with me and he’s always met with kindness and treats. Overall, this is just a low key and quality dispensary with kind, passionate folks doing their best work. I really appreciate them.
