Preface: I've now been a medical cannabis patient for just over two months now. I am so grateful for the benefits of being able to use cannabis for a host of symptoms produced by several neurological issues. I have noticed an improvement in tolerating my neuropathy. I also have seen an improvement in my mood. And one of the biggest plusses has been my ability to give up alcohol, even if it was casual usage. I could have gotten a card years ago but chose to stick with pharmaceuticals. I'm finding now that I wish I had gotten a card much sooner. Now, on to my review of Etain after several visits. Etain's customer service is always excellent, every single time. I can't always make up my mind what I might find effective for my various ailments, so I end up placing several orders before I make my visit. Etain has always been prompt in filling every single order, and I truly appreciate that. They always have something on their menu that I can use, and sometimes they add surprise options in flower. I do use a fair amount of cannabis daily, but I'd rather use cannabis than pharmaceuticals. To find relief at this stage in my illness has been simply amazing. Again, as a medical consumer, it's so great to have flower that works. Etain's flower is packaged magnificently to maintain the fantastic quality of the product. You will find the highest quality flower, and they have a nice selection of vaporizers, including 510 thread-friendly cartridges. Edibles? Oh yes, they have a wonderful selection of those, to boot. Brands carried include The Botanist, Vireo, and matter., as well. CBD products are available, as well. This truly is a dispensary that is more geared towards wellness. Etain's facility is relaxing and cheerful. I am always greeted warmly, and I always feel completely comfortable in their cozy seats waiting the few minutes required to get my order(s). The have plenty of parking, too! Easy to access, just a few minutes from the center of Kingston. Their rewards program is just the icing on the cake. I don't know what else I can say about Etain to express how stellar they are. Buy weed from women! Get thine self to Etain. You'll be glad you went, and you will feel better thanks to benefit of quality cannabis.

They care about what you need. They are knowledgeable and always have a pharmacist on hand that can help you with extra details like terps and if it interferes with prescription meds.

Everything was easy no fuss very casual and the staff was very nice

The Columbia Care location in Logan, OH is AWESOME! Everyone was so friendly and very helpful. The security guard took it upon himself to help me while the other gentleman was busy assisting my brother. He was very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to help me narrow down which products would work best for me. He was spot on. The gummies are working exactly the way I had hoped, something to help my pain that won’t make me feel high so I can function throughout the day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at the Logan, OH location and the numerous products they offer.

The employees always seem happy to help no matter how busy the store is or inexperienced the customers are. They have some of the best prices in the state and have some house brands constantly on sale! If you’re in the area check them out.

The only dispensary I’ve ever used since getting my medical marijuana license 2 1/2 years ago. They have a large menu with the wide range products including flowers tinctures pre-rolls and just about any other form of flour or THC. Excellent service really nice atmosphere and very helpful and friendly staff. You can Peru’s their menu pre-order and pick up Ready when you arrive!!! Overall I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. It’s the ONLY dispensary I have used, respectively. Close convenient and good prices.

I love this place. I have been going here for all my needs for over a year. Since I got my med card anyway. I'm a veteran their 30% discount makes it to where I can buy flower I normally couldn't afford. I'm truly grateful for this place! I just wish they would honor my loyalty points. I had almost 70. Then they just went away. Besides that, a locally owned business for local people. They work hard to keep the best medicine in stock. I got a Galenas 14.15g bag a few days ago. going back tomorrow for a half of Moroccan Peaches!

I always place an order online for pickup and it's ready when I get there. Navigating the website and ordering is easy. There are always deals on their wide variety of products and they have a rewards system. You can prepay online or pay when you pickup your goods. The quality of products definitely depends on what you buy. Prices are high right now but I'm sure it's because they're the only dispensary within a several mile radius.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. 6 months ago my cart had gotten stolen while was at a friends halloween party , when i had showed up to her house got out of my car it was there in the grass dirty but the oil was still clean the inside was not dirty and it still worked still charged everything it survived 6 months on rain and snow i didn’t expect to work i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place
