The only dispensary I’ve ever used since getting my medical marijuana license 2 1/2 years ago. They have a large menu with the wide range products including flowers tinctures pre-rolls and just about any other form of flour or THC. Excellent service really nice atmosphere and very helpful and friendly staff. You can Peru’s their menu pre-order and pick up Ready when you arrive!!! Overall I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. It’s the ONLY dispensary I have used, respectively. Close convenient and good prices.

Finally a "herbal" store that doesnt feel like im looking at porn. I like to smoke but that doesnt mean I need to feel like I should wear all black and a hoodie to get my "flower". Atmosphere is open and welcoming. The coffee and tea is made to order while you wait for your order to enjoy a product while your there or just sit and work where you can toke with free Wifi. Great selection, great pricing in comparison and great staff oh and how can I forget ther various store dogs that rotate and greet you at the door. If you dont see what your looking for tell them and they will research and find it for you. They even do special events. Hidden Gem I honestly almost didnt want to share.

I bought the infused hot cocoa and after trying to follow the instructions on the bag for at least 10min. I got frustrated and cut it open and when I tried to transfer it to another container I managed to spill a good amount I couldn't save. When I reached out to BR I heard back within 24hrs and received a phone call soon after. Kathy from marketing not only gave me my money back, but she also threw in some merch!! The Affinity Medical Dispensary is by far the best MEDICAL dispensary in the area. The vibe at Affinity is amazing. When you walk in and are greeted (by the OG Greeter, IMO) of Affinity... ...he just sets up a good vibe right away, The Bud Tenders (Are we still calling them that? LOL) are amazing. THE PLACE TO SHOP!! This dispensary consistently has the best pricing in Western Mass!! Deals like no other! Everyone is nice and the staff is respectful! I only wish it was in Westfield. Definitely worth the extra 15 minute drive to get an OZ and stock up!

Jim buddy’s is a great small business. I have gone in for a number of different products since they opened and never had a bad experience. Everyone is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the items they carry. If you ask for their opinion you get an honest answer. They have a wide selection of products for nicotine, flower, and concentrate including the nicotine, flower and concentrate itself. The prices are competitive and this is one of very few stores I prefer to go to in person over online but you can also order online but you will be missing out on the friendly informative staff. I absolutely recommend this to everyone it’s where my dad and boyfriend go for their vaping needs.

some of the employees are cool but some are rude. he asked people before me if they want to use their 25% off but doesn't ask me on my turn. and yes, I was using it. then he did something else childish, not writing it here. I will go to Springfield from now on.
