I have been a "regular" at Ayr since last summer and I continue to receive outstanding, professional, timely service. Budtenders in particular that have been extremely helpful and have made great recommendations are Kyle, Dee, Sal, Kevin and Drew. I wish I knew everyone else's names, as they are also helpful. They have been having sales galore, so many in fact that I still haven't used my 3rd new patient discount yet and it's been almost 6 months! Great selection, hit the sales, there's always something going on. It's given me the opportunity to dabble a bit with different consumption methods and strains. I do wish they would have sales from time to time on accessories but they have a good loyalty points system put in place that can be used for that. All in all, I love this place, these people feel like family after a bit.

This is the only dispensary I go too!!! I've been to them all and none compare! They have the absolute lowest prices and best deals, the staff is always friendly and fast. The place is spotless and they have the best hours too! Pretty sure they're open the latest in all of South Jersey!

All the employees are so polite and very helpful in giving info that you need and recommendations. Amber in Pottsville Beyond Hello is very dedicated to her job. She was very helpful in what I needed and very respectful.

I’ve always had a good experience with the botanist. Wonderful staff! Lately, I’ve noticed that they don’t offer much for adult use. With MPX opening in Atlantic City and another dispensary being built on route 30 on the Whitehorse Pike and Absecon, I think they need to step up their game for adult use. Since MPX is opened in AC, I go there more. The quality of their cannabis is better, it has a better price point and there’s more choice for the adult user.

The service and employees at this dispensary is unmatched! Everyone is very nice, pleasant and friendly. The wait is never long, like when I visit other dispensaries, that'll I'll leave nameless LOL!! S/O to RISE!!!!

The employees always seem happy to help no matter how busy the store is or inexperienced the customers are. They have some of the best prices in the state and have some house brands constantly on sale! If you’re in the area check them out.

I love this place. I have been going here for all my needs for over a year. Since I got my med card anyway. I'm a veteran their 30% discount makes it to where I can buy flower I normally couldn't afford. I'm truly grateful for this place! I just wish they would honor my loyalty points. I had almost 70. Then they just went away. Besides that, a locally owned business for local people. They work hard to keep the best medicine in stock. I got a Galenas 14.15g bag a few days ago. going back tomorrow for a half of Moroccan Peaches!

I am a 100% disabled veteran, wounded in Iraq in 2003. I have severe pain, PTSD and social anxiety just to name a few things. I really didn't know what to expect going here, it's an hour drive for me so it was long. When I got there, nervous as hell, first thing you do is check your temp on a wall mounted thermometer. Being my first time there was a page I had to fill out. Honestly I don't remember a single question (I have a tbi) but I know it was basic stuff and quick. The lady at the front desk was nice. Was a quick 5 min exchange of stuff i.e the paper work and your card n whatnot. The normal. Then they let u in the back. The budtenders are friendly, knowledgeable easy to talk to people and beautiful. All in all it's a awesome dispensary. Def better prices and amount of stock than my previous dispensary in Brookville. The boss gave me a free hat!! I know it's just a hat but Ayr Wellness definitely takes the time to make sure all of its customers are well taken care of.

I need to locate a certain strain - Green Crack, because it helps with the agony I have in my right hip from a major car accident in 2016. As the strain has been renamed, only this location has been able to get it under the name Passion Fruit. Close enough, and even on Pastrainfinder it is not listed. You need to check the menu to find it, and the staff here were exceptionally helpful. The quiet and individual attention to detail makes this location above the rest in this area. If you can find it, they have it, and usually at a better price. Good parking and well maintained. Only complaint is they are closed by 7pm, and most are open until 8PM. It is worth the schlep...

i’m a regular here, and i couldn’t dream about going anywhere else. even if you can’t find what you’re looking for on the menu, the staff and atmosphere will keep you coming back, it feels almost like a family there. they remember me and my caregiver every week, the staff is beyond kind and sincere, and it’s always clean inside with the COMFIEST chairs!!! this was my first dispensary i went to, and i know i’ll be coming back for years !!!

Ethos has the best selection and prices of any of the dispensaries in the area by far! All of the terpene profiles are listed so you can fully understand what you’re buying! They’re also so incredibly nice at the counter! The other day, I was a dollar short, and they let it slide, which I thought was extremely nice of them! I’m in there all the time, and I’ve never had an unpleasant experience. I’ve never had to wait for more than 10 minutes in the waiting room either. This place is my favorite dispensary hands-down!

Been to a Dozen shops in Phila. and this Zen has had the best prices and the most knowledgeable and friendly staff which to help you make the right decisions on what to get . As my biggest grip with this industry is so many other shops feel like your intruding on their private social club . Making the correct choice on very expensive product to treat my illnesses is my main concern as I was never a smoker and only got the card at my doctor advice and pushing it at every visit replace all the very harmful medications I was on and never been happier living side effect free.

Kay the Budtender and every employee there were super positive and had a great vibe. Atmosphere is awesome and the deals were great.

I always place an order online for pickup and it's ready when I get there. Navigating the website and ordering is easy. There are always deals on their wide variety of products and they have a rewards system. You can prepay online or pay when you pickup your goods. The quality of products definitely depends on what you buy. Prices are high right now but I'm sure it's because they're the only dispensary within a several mile radius.

I've been meaning to write a review for a while but just am getting to it. I give this store 5 stars simply because of the customer service alone. Simple check in process, where everyone I've talked to has greeted me with kindness and information on what to do next. When walking into the store, employees are always helpful and ready to assist. I will say specifically, I am always impressed about one individuals customer service. I'm not sure if she is Curaleaf Newark manager or assistant manager but I believe her name is Maddie. And if this is not correct spelling then I do apologize but she's the woman with black bangs and star wars tattoos. She absolutely excels at speaking to people with respect and walks every customer through the buying process and/or the next steps on how to pay on the card reader. What's good about an employee like her is that other employees see the standard that she sets and very easily creates a culture with in store that brings customers back. If possible, I'd suggest giving her a raise on top of all the good work she is already doing for the company. At the end of the day I never went out and picked a specific location to buy my THC products until now. Newark location has absolutely won my business and I'll be back many more times. - T.R. Everyone at this location is awesome! The security guy Dave is amazing! He remembers who I am and is so warm and welcoming every visit. I look forward to our small chats every visit! The check in staff always greet me with a smile. The bud tenders are all phenomenal too! Super friendly, patient and take their time answering my questions and offering suggestions so that I can get products that meet my specific needs! I exclusively visit this dispensary over the other options. Totally worth the 45 minute ride!
