Cool place, I've only been once but I'm definitely coming back sometime! Got a great recommendation from a budtender there.

Was a little hard to find my first time; look for the Lucid sign near some high voltage lines along Auburn Way, same parking lot as a coffee stand - it's a small shop with frosted windows towards the back of the complex. Staff were friendly and flower selection seems pretty good with both quality and budget options - ounce of Zoo Dawg I got from them looks great! Was not busy early evening on a Saturday - easy in and out, good online order experience. Definitely keeping them in mind next time I need to run errands near Kent/Auburn!

The staff members are very knowledgeable about the products. I needed help with a strain to assist in pain relief because I don't like taking pills. I am usually a Sativa kind of guy and the "green haired" lady helped me with Indicas. She recommended exactly what I needed, Purple Hindu Kush! I will only smoke this from now on. Thank you so much!

This place is so great, the employees know their products and actually care about their customers. Other places around me are full of uneducated morons.

Just moved here from Texas and this little shop is right down the road from me. The staff here have been nothing but welcoming and knowledgeable as I adjust to this new "Legal" life lol. Shout out to Graham! Big fan of their prices, especially on their 2 pack pre rolls. I almost always walk out with more than I planned to get because they have fantastic deals every day! Out of the few shops here in Mukilteo, this one will always be my go-to!

Chelsa is top notch. Everyone in this store is great. We only go here Friday, Saturday, Sunday 30% off. You cannot beat this place for variety and great service Just try it!!!

My bud tender today was Sara. She's always so nice and very helpful. I'm still learning the "weed talk" and Sara has helped tremendously.

This dispensary is my favorite! The people there are really cool and help you get exactly what you need. I would suggest going inside and picking stuff out inside, rather than ordering online. The site isn’t always updated, plus it’s nice to chat with them.

Very knowledgeable staff and friendly service! They have the best selection of top shelf marijuana around. I love how easy it is to see their products in the cases. Definitely recommend this store and it's friendly employees.

Staff was quite helpful. Management is decent. I know ownership changed but as long as the prices stay the same. You'll see me again. I recommend this kushmans location in particular.

Just moved to Everett and found this dispensary in a top 3 list online. Glad I did, was greeted (ID'd) and informed of specials by the gentleman at the door, short wait and my pre-order was awaiting me. My Budtender was awesome, as most seem to be. Order was run up, save some $$ for being a Veteran and out the door I went ready for the weekend. First time here, made me feel welcome. Thanks.

Every time I come to shop here I am always greeted as a close friend. I come in the mornings mostly and Scotty, Kyla, Delaney and Emmett are always so wonderful. No matter what weird questions I have or if my indecisiveness gets the best of me, they have the perfect recommendations and so much knowledge to share. Today was I think the 3rd time I’ve visited and had a great experience every time, the energy was great and the bud tenders have been so cool and honestly eager to help you find the right vibe you are looking for- providing great information and variety of different options. Tried something new and absolutely love it! Will go back

Quality has gone up the last review seems kinda old I walked In and got an oz for “under 40” Price is fair and reasonable, place is small and upcoming. Staff is friendly and their suggestions hit pretty hard

Need a zips in walla walla Washington they'd blow the competition away half of walla walla fed-up with the corrupt business owners a greener today is trash sells trash they know and keep it on the shelves the walla walla weedery owners are gang members and the cannabis company just too expensive because she's on the Wine Tours. Walla Walla definitely needs a zips.

The new location is very nice. Staff is always outgoing and friendly no matter how early. Good recommendations also. Easy to see how they have so many return customers!

I had a really awesome first experience here - Leo helped me out a lot finding carts that matched the high I wanted, and gave great recs. The shop has some really good deals, too, and I saw a lot of quality brands so i felt confident about my buys. He also convinced me to grab a Lookah Bear vape pen - I'd never seen them in person before and I LOVE IT. Overall the shop felt good, it had a nice vibe walking in, and all staff I interacted with were really nice. I don't often go to new dispensaries but I'm glad I checked out Lucid!

Well it’s busy and on Friday afternoon and 25% sale day it looked to be “4end of the world day “ but that didn’t stop my staff member from helping me with everything to get it right. And prices were fantastic everything I got was nearly on sale .

I'm a regular customer. Ordering online is convenient, and grants some pretty good discounts. The shop always smells amazing, and the staff are equally pleasant. My order is always promptly filled, and ready by the time I get there. My only gripe is that Indica edibles are a bit on the expensive side. Would recommend to a friend.

This is one of my favorite dispensaries in Tacoma, the staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the lemon slushee by fire bros. Chaos helped me today and he was very attentive and friendly. 5 stars all day long!

The best customer appreciation in town. My budtender today, says Sam on the receipt, and his manager, went above and beyond. Had ordered my second favorite strain online because it wasn't showing the one I really wanted. After combining a half and two quarts to equal an oz and paying for it, I asked when they'd have what I was really after. Sam looked and they had an oz! Since I hadn't left the store yet I asked if I could swap it, unfortunately all sales are final and Sam complying with store policy, apologized and said he couldn't. Fortunately a manger/owner(?) overheard us and said if it wasn't online to be seen I shouldn't lose and told him to go ahead and make it happen since I hadn't even left the counter yet. I walked out with what I really wanted and saved some money too. They understand how to keep a customer coming back and getting an old fart who rarely leaves reviews to write all this.

This is my preferred and basically only dispensary I go to. I started going here after having an AWFUL experience at a Zips location. The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable about products. I also love love love that they allow dogs inside as my dog has separation anxiety. so when I find a dog-friendly establishment I tend to make said establishment my preferred place of business. The staff are even friendly to my dog every time we go. I have never not once had anything remotely close to a bad experience here.
