Dispensaries open now in Seattle, Washington

Often an organization succeeds based upon the performance, knowledge, effort, and wisdom of one or two key individuals. Without these key individual participants, the organization would likely and very simply drift into obscurity along with the hundreds of others. Matt Kovarsky overwhelmingly made Novel Tree the place of choice of hundreds of medical and recreational users in the greater Seattle area. We heard recently that Matt Kovarsky is no longer with Novel Tree as of November, 2023. While his defining contribution will and can never be fully undone, Novel Tree will never be even close to the same store that it was with his presence. Matt Kovarsky was THE SINGULAR REASON we chose Novel Tree for so very many years. Now that we hear that he is gone, we find it quite hard not to look for another dispensary. Matt Kovarsky, you will be sorely, sorely missed! Does anyone know where he has gone?

Christine is absolutely the BEST! She is very knowledgeable about the products and listens to your needs. I really appreciated her bringing a ton of stuff out for me to look at. Green Theory has always been friendly and knowledgeable. Never had a bad experience here.

Kush is one of my go to places. The staff here is knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. Would highly recommend (pun fully intended).

This store closed in 2023, and the building was torn down to be replaced by condos. This listing should probably be removed. It was a nice shop while it was open, though. I hope they found someplace else to land.

I’ve been going to this Have a Heart for 2 years now and i Love it EVERY time I’m always greeted by big happy guys that for great at their jobs, and also are welcoming and have even been helpful with different product information. The products are displayed perfect very bright and arranged so I am able to get a clear view. Sometimes the wait is a minute but that’s only because the bud tenders are doing a great job at answering any questions and helping customers find the products they will enjoy. I always leave there with a smile. And I am always happy with what I buy.

Thank you Higher Leaf for your kindness I was prescribed Marijuana by my doctor because of a catastrophic ear injury. Marijuana helps me deal with my heinous symptoms. The staff at Higher Leaf have gone above and beyond in helping me get my medicine. I order on line, and call from Higher Leafs parking lot to let them know I arrived. They turn off the music before I enter, and a budtender makes sure the door to the store doesn't slam as customers are coming and going. Thank you, Higher Leaf for helping me get through this difficult time.

Love them! It’s women owned. From the bud tenders to the inventory managers everyone is a pure bliss. My fav go to spot and usually the only one I ever need to go.

The staff at Origins were incredibly friendly and inviting. I was helped right as I could walk in and was informed on all new products that were in. The manager, Jonny, was very educated on the items in the store. Ended up picking a cartridge and was told about a different one that would be about the same price and more of what I was looking for. I went to pay at the register and figured out I was a couple bucks short so I was going to walk to the ATM. The manager told me not to worry about it and sent me on my way. I was floored, they do it well at Origins and take care of their customers and it definitely showed here. Definitely gonna double dip on tip next time.

P&L consistently carries high quality flower. All shops can be a little overwhelming with choices, so I love asking their staff what is fresh on the shelves. I have never been disappointed. I try something new every time I visit and always look forward to going back.

One of the coolest and well run dispensaries in the area. Friendly service and knowledgeable budtenders whenever you ask for help. Always stocked up with some of the best brands around. Glad to have Theorem as my local shop.

I had my first visit with Evergreen Market - South Renton, yesterday 03/06/26. As a long-time medical patient, and having experience with different types of dispensaries, I felt very welcome by all staff members. The dispensary is very open, organized and clean. Pricing for products seem reasonable. Dionte, the budtender assisting me, was able to verify my identity; provide Medical consultation; was very knowledgeable on products (DOH certified or non-DOH certified); and checked me out at the end. Great visit for someone still learning the ropes of modern cannabis. Grabbed some edibles on sale and the person working was very helpful in explaining the highs of each. Also just felt less intimidating and more efficient than other places I’ve visited.

We went into Agate Dreams chasing a favorite grower and strain. We are so glad we did. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Didn't try to rush the sale. Great selection and prices. If your in Paulsbo /Bainbridge island area..stop in.

This was my go to store. Unfortunately the strip mall had a fire (spring 2022) and everything has been shut down. Hoping they will reopen (here or at a new site)

I love this place, I've frequented various places over the year in Oregon/Washington. They are very kind, helpful and patient. I can kind of bumble around with my questions and interest in various things. I might leave thinking to myself, how annoying are you? But they never make me feel that way. Great place, plenty of space and options.
