I love going to this shop in Stokes county. The people( shout out to Deb and Adam) running the store are amazing and make the experience wonderful. I love the prices and the deals I get every time I go to get some goods. Thank you Deb and Adam for being Awesome and amazing!!!

First off i just wanna say i loveee this establishment i have yet to experience anything less than great customer service from everyone. Today I went in and had the pleasure of being serviced by Deanna and just like our past interactions she was a pleasure and had me dying laughing. Besides the great vibes she and the other lady with the now orange hair always gives me but she went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate her kindness and her very contagious personality that made my transaction and visit the best experience

I love all the employees except Amie. she had me go on 3 interviews and all 3 went so good. then bam nothing. I've emailed her a few good times again since theres signs to apply. Idk if she's jealous or just needs a snack. but damn I love my people there they always take care of me. I just dont mess with Amie

I would personally like to say great job to Anthony. He greeted my wife and I as we arrived and I have to say that his positive energy was contagious

I love coming to this place very helpful kind . I have a suggestion give people that check your id's a chair to sit on, and maybe a radio to listen to music. Nobody cares if they r sitting people r buying weed for God sake

Great selection and convenient to shop at. Staff was helpful and warned me about a reward program which gave me a 10% discount on my order. Will def shop here again.

My dislike is they don’t keep supplies updated. Example 14:1 tablets and you don’t have a lot of gummy‘s

You have to come visit this dispensary. It outshines all the rest! Great Hours: open from 6am - 10pm (8pm on Sundays) Outstanding Deals: I can't find any better anywhere else. EVERYONE is so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely dedicated to making your experience incredibly pleasant. The security team, cannabis advisors/senior cannabis advisors, agents in charge, managers/upper management, the very present/involved/hands-on owners and even the adorable shop dog, Emmy, constantly have smiles on their faces and put out good vibes, striving to bring smiles to all the customers as well. rise shut down for a day and it gave me a chance to drive the Frederick it was a little bit farther for me from where I'm coming from.. but I think I found a new favorite dispensary... they treated me great there they were really friendly and eager to help me select the strain I wanted based off of my medical issues..

I have been a customer of verilife since they opened in Amherst. I really like all of the staff as they are all fantastic customer service reps. They are knowledgeable about the products and how I can get the best medicine for me. As well as pointing out the deals available. The availability of affordable products is becoming extremely limited with variety and cost when it comes to the concentrates though. I am hoping that soon verilife will bring them back because it's getting difficult to drive 8 1/2 miles for extremely expensive concentrates. Another big issue I have with the company itself is the lack of compassion and support for their employees. The employees are the ones who make the company because without them the company would crumble before their eyes. Employees deserve to be treated fairly, with compassion and empathy. Employees deserve to benefit when the company benefits. They deserve a comfortable and relaxing workplace environment. The employees need and deserve standing mats that prevents foot and back pain from standing on concrete for long periods of time. The employees also deserve chairs that provide comfort and maneuverablility in order for them to do well in their job. It has been scientifically proven that the better the company treats its employees the more productive and dedicated to the company they are. So Verilife please get it together and value your employees. Treat your employees with empathy, compassion and kindness. When you treat your employees this way you will keep your employees long term and prevent the revolving door.
