great service from malcom! he was able to help me out with products for my specific preferences and was very friendly and helpful. also nice and clean environment!
HIGHLY recommend visiting this spot! Not just for the crazy deep discounts, but for the atmosphere and good vibes. It feels like infinite amounts of dispensaries are popping up in the township, but most are going about it so cheaply. My wife and I are happy to have such a well-run establishment so close to our home :)
great customer service. super friendly and helpful. lost my product before I left. guy at the counter did everything to make sure I found it before I left and could tell he genuinely wanted to help.
Would recommend this dispensary to anyone. Employees, all of them are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and always ready to help with a smile! 6/5 stars for sure, def go there!
Really friendly staff and a good selection of products. Everything was easy to find, and the prices were reasonable. I’ll definitely be coming back.
best in the area the people are well informed and are willing to help and they offer discounts for veteran's which means a lot to me!!!
Kaylee was a wonderful bud tender. She helped find the perfect strain for my husband. I would recommend to ask her if you’re looking for something specific. She is on top of it. Truly had an amazing experience there.
Small- but the nicest bud tenders- a huge selection - highly recommend- will be back

I recently visited The Fire Station and had an excellent experience. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, making me feel comfortable and well-informed throughout my visit. The variety and quality of products available were impressive, ensuring there was something for everyone. The atmosphere was inviting, and the overall cleanliness of the establishment added to the positive experience. I appreciate the attention to detail and customer service at The Fire Station, and I will definitely be returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch dispensary experience in our community!
Large menu and variety of strains. Local owners are friendly. Can order online ahead of time for easy pickup.
I come here all the time. Everyone is very knowledgeable and very nice. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The products are the best and the budtenders are fantastic. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. I love this place. It’s my go to. Best flower on the planet. I highly recommend Soulflora!!!!!!!
This team of budtenders are some of the best in the Mohawk valley, maybe even in the industry. Everyone was genuinely knowledgeable about companies and products they had in store. Andrea was a plethora of information on New York brands and their practices. Carly also being an open book of info; elaborated that she studied cultivation at a SUNY school. She made me comfortable while shopping but also made me feel confident with my selection due to her knowledge and experience. They informed, and signed me up for a killer loyalty program too before I left. Also, the shop is woman owned! I can’t recommend this shop anymore!
Wonderful people, always extremely helpful and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!
This is by far the most professional dispensary I've ever visited. The overall atmosphere is relaxed, friendly staff, clean environment. Dino provided an exceptional customer service experience. I would HIGHly recommend Exit 31 Exotic. Top notch quality.
