Staff are very rude and are inconsistent with prices and lots of staff turn over. I haven’t been back even though it is in my neighborhood.

It's a smaller store without any of the fuss of some of the bigger franchises in Edmonton. If you're someone who likes to browse and see the products in little display cases, you might be disappointed. But as someone who just wants to get in and out with. great deal and a great product it's my goto place! The selection is always good and the staff are nice and warm, and always willing to give a recommendation or talk about products. I don't need lounge areas and staff in co-ordinating aprons when I'm buying cannabis, I just want friendly service, good product, and great prices!

Was in just before Christmas December 20/2020, told Mel that I wanted old stash hash she hands me a partially open container of a product I didn’t ask for told me it would be filled with tri-combs when looking at the product she just hands me that’s partially opened I can see a glass container Inside like a little bottle of model paint with a tiny bit of a brown honey like residue I told her this is not what I asked for and I want the product that I asked for after speaking with Mel and the manager they would Not exchange the product With the one I asked for or refund it! The other employee was more interested to see what kind of product it was like I was purchasing it for them so they could see it and then told me in front of Mel and the manager that I could then smoke it off of a nail!!!! I repeated again and said this is not what I asked for and was again refused a refund or a straight exchange in fact this is a product for smoking dabs which just goes to show you they have no clue on the products that they sell and to be stuck with it a person who is using it medically before Christmas when I told them that I’m on a budget and I smoke only flour and hash! Absolutely disgusting staff and Management! Should be shut down!

Staff was not knowledgeable at all. The staff member I was dealing with was visibly stoned and to incoherent to even reply to me. Stoned to the point he was almost drooling. Will not be back.
