The product selection in this store has always been good, as well as prices.You may ask whats the reason for the review? the "GASTAPO" Like feeling you get as soon as you get there, you need to be buzzed in, ID MUST BE SHOWN even if you have been going there for over a year, the still do not reconize you half the time. If this were the case at the LCBO or beer store as well I wouldnt even care But it is not, it also show a remarkable lack of Customer Service. the final reason for this post and I CANNOT even fathom I had to witness this first hand... the manager searching HER EMPLOYEE, to the point of emptying out the backpack all belongings and then being PATTED DOWN?!?!? I will never shop here again if this is the kind of "FREE" country they choose to be in. THERE WAS 0 REASON TO BE SEARCHED AND THE LACK OF TRUST IN THEIR OWN STAFF IS UNREAL. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN.

Worst experience at a dispensary. Management must have been family because there's no way they should have a job with such customer service. No knowledge of anything and lack of simple common sense. Other locations are definitely better. Enter at your own risk!🤮
