One Plant - St Catharines

Decent selection and prices, and the people working here are great. There's just a weird vibe inside like everyone is scrambling to keep up and when those tablets go down like they were when I went here it was total chaos.

Almost walked out after 10 minutes empty handed. This is the worst managed cannabis store I have ever encountered and I feel so bad for the staff who were struggling through last night. They have computer terminals at the entrance to look at stock they carry, but you can't filter by only their store so you can just see what all one plants carry, very unhelpful. Got to cash and they didn't have the ones I wanted. They couldn't show me the menu of in stock when I got to cash even though their tills seem to be dual screen computers since the back of one facing customers was just a blank Google search screen. What a gong show. Will not be returning to any One Plant locations.

Prompt courteous clean establishment and staff. Pre order was ready on pickup. No issues.
