Definitely has a sweet, smooth taste. It's a nice, chill stain and does start between your eyes and travels through to your limbs. The only downside in my reaction to it is although it kept my insomnia away, it is a sluggish start in the morning. I use a dugout and cleared it only twice, so it's not that it was too much.  I didn't get the physical sickness of a hangover, but that groggy feeling from one. Takes about 2 hours for me to feel fully awake in the morning when using this as a sleep aid.
