They have poor customer care especially with complaints and returns. they never listen to the customer but instead gang up to justify their mistakes. It's bad that they will kick you out for pointing out poor service. I went in and ordered pre-rolls but they sold me a cartridge. I was in a hurry and left without noticing. when I realized and went to return it, the attendant insisted that he had taken time to explain to me it was a cartridge and that he even went on to explain about their return policy which was a lie. On asking the manager to consider checking on their camera if it was true, he blatantly told me I was accusing the attendant of lying and kicked me out. Its normal to make mistakes but how you handle it makes all the difference.
