Bought a brand new bong here. Pulled it out of the box when it was shattered. They did not believe me that I didn’t break it even though I had the receipt from 3 hours ago. The management is a joke and didn’t care about the poor quality or situation. If your looking for a good dispensary in waterloo this is not the place.
