After being treated poorly and in an unprofessional manner at my last 'dispensary' I took my time, did my research and finally decided to give Sunrise Wellness a go. I'm delighted to say that this organization is every bit as professional, compassionate, and dedicated to providing true patient care as the reviewers before me have stated. The join up process was efficient and professional, while still maintaining the relaxed friendliness which means so much to patients in need. The service in the dispensary was equally exceptional, with the staff member having a thorough knowledge of the strains and their effect on various medical conditions. They could even tell me the strain used in their pre-rolls! I'm not sure if this is common or not, but my last dispensary didn't have a clue. I could write more, but will simply end by saying that if you only ever join one dispensary in Vancouver, it should be this one.

Used to like this place but will not go back again due to a bad experience yesterday. Tip for the management: When a customer comes in and shows you the faulty Gpro vaporiser he purchased from you for $130 two weeks ago, there are several ways your staff member can handle the situation. Sneering at the customer and saying 'Hey man, we're not Staples. We don't do warranties' is not the best way. It'll only cost me about $6 for a replacement part over the Internet. It's cost you a customer and as much bad press as I choose to share.
