Incredible experience! Mack and Andrew were so wonderful to speak with! They had some killer recommendations and I couldn't be happier with my smoke! Good vibes, good people, good prices, GREAT shop! Would highly recommend!!!

Terrible experience! When I walked in I was impressed by the interior of the store but it appears that it's all smoke and mirrors to hide a truly rotten underbelly. I don't even know where to start, but the first thing that really stood out to me was the prices. Holy cow the prices are astronomical! There are so many other shops in the Aurora area with MUCH more competitive pricing. The staff are okay... I was helped by this one boy with glasses and I caught a snippet of conversation just as I was entering the store. I will not repeat what was said but as a person of colour, I was deeply offended and could not understand how the other boy behind the counter who appeared to be black could stand there and listen to his hatefulness. I have friends who have visited and also could not stand to go back, so I should have taken that as a warning. The owners have never been there in any of our experience and their either is no manager, or they rarely work during busy hours because we have never seen them. The staff don't seem to enjoy their jobs and with the racist and toxic environment I experienced, I don't half blame them. Shame on CannaEra for taking advantage of both customers and employees! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else!
