WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! On 02/27/25 around 7 pm, A staff member named “Jake” gave the worst attitude, tone and energy during a phone call. Trying to find a specific product in this store but “Jake” wouldn’t let me finish my sentence as I was trying to explain what I was looking for, he then kept saying how the store doesn’t hold any of the product I am looking for, which I understand, but doesn’t wanna answer any of my questions regarding the product I’m looking for, because “he is busy”. I didn’t wanna take up his time because he was busy so I asked for his name for this review, but he hesitated while he said “Jake” so I don’t know if that’s his real name or not. Overall, BAD EXPERIENCE
