the 3 times I've been there I was specific what I was looking for. Budtender(s) need more experience. I'd rather not waste money & get something close to my search & be happy.

I'm 61, disabled. Hatch was my dispensary. I called for availability & they said I was banned! I'd know if anything happened to warrant such an action. What would one have to do to get banned from a dispensary? I wanted to know why, I emailed twice & left a voice mail. I haven't heard anything. I want to know why they've done this to me. I hope they'll post this.
