So I got this as a Christmas present…. The name makes me giggle.. ALOT
My take is ZERO calories and an awesome high! I work at a very stressful job and when I get home I need a wind down so it’s Amazon music and a great GLO pod I was blessed to get this one because the high is great, stress melts away if you can get the leaf version then do it I’m sure that would be outstanding
