This is a real government fiasco. Not only are the shops horrible, but the problems of supply reflect a totally deficient management. In addition, the lack of a derivative product encourages consumers to buy on the web elsewhere in Canada, causing significant losses for Quebecers. The Legault Government is 100% responsible for this collapse.
The only positive thing to report is that all products are approved and tested; which is not elsewhere in Canada.
