Service was good. I had left my purse in my friend's car and wanted something to smoke so saw Tokyo and went in to get a pre-rolled. I normally pay $5. for a pre-rolled joint and it's a good size. What I got from this place was half the size of what I'm normally sold and I paid $12.00(!!!) for it. The only reason I bought it was because it would have been quite a while until I got my own stuff. I paid more than double for a mediocre joint that was about half of what I normally buy! Then they wanted over $4. for a BIC lighter "because it's branded". Double the price to advertise for them! I bummed a light off a stranger on the street. And yes, it was mediocre at best. Next time I will make sure I have my cigarette case with me! So much for legal stuff.
