I purchased “Molotov Cocktail” at Full Harvest Moonz in Haverhill, MA sometime around October 2024. I have not seen it on any menu since, but have come to find it a favorite. If you come across this hybrid, please grab extra - it is a treat but seems rare. As a medical patient, disabled with a brain injury, I am very picky about the strains I try, and more so about those I use regularly to address my various chronic issues, or ancillary medical issues such as ADHD and PTSD. I have trouble “relaxing” or using any substance, alcohol included, to for the act of simply “enjoying” or breaking that down to “experiencing joy…” Thus, it is rare indeed that I find anything, including meditation, sound baths, body work, and full and expensive weeks of chanting and pretzel making a yoga retreat, that helps my brain recover, my body relinquish its grip on pain, and the existential grip my anxiety has on my nervous system; the vigilant fight not flight rarely gets a much needed respite. This is the effect of your product, Molotov Cocktail. My brain, body, mind and nervous system melt a little, pleasantly, but not without awareness. The sense of sound is heightened to take in music in a way that harmonizes with my injured brain and heals more in one “session” than a full day of post-draining-activity sleeping. It is relaxation without relinquishing awareness that is priceless, and for which I am utterly grateful for the gift of this plant. I had forgotten what it felt like to feel calm, safe, and at ease. This strain lets me forget I am disabled for a bit - in a way that doesn’t leave me feeling vulnerable in another form of disabled awareness. I am hopeful I find it again - and hope this review encourages others to experience this plant.
