I used vape cartridge and let me tell you am a newbie on using vapes at all. I have a spinal condition and a lot of pain all the time also have tinnitus and stress that comes with my wife having a baby for the first time and I inhale this twice and the feeling started around 15 minutes now I fell very happy, relax and no more pain. Why this takes my pain away so fast and no need to pay as much as my painkillers. This is amazing...
