TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! extremely slow line up, meanwhile you can see the staff inside talking and hanging out while their customers are in the freezing weather and snow. THEY SIMPLY DON'T CARE. There are a lot of other shops popping up in Hamilton, and they will be getting my patronage. I called to cancel my order after waiting in the cold 20 mins, and didnt receive an apology or even an explanation. Just some stoned 20 year old saying "Oh, ok." - This is your customer service?! I've bought from here many times in the past, but their service is declining while their market share grows, and I'm done. I hope this post redirects some people.
