taken 1ml orally as oil. I tried to take this last night to help with dizziness and migraines been testing strains to see what helps my ailments. Personally found that this strain increased my dizziness and made my migraine worsen now grant it, it did make me feel sleepy which at night is awesome but woke up still dizzy and unable to focus from brain fog.
