DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Extremely disappointed. Placed a $200 order on Sunday, only to be told late Tuesday that a 'system error' with Canada Post delayed everything. Now, my order won't even ship until Wednesday, meaning a 6-7 business day wait for a local Manitoba delivery. For a high-value order, I expected better communication and faster solutions. If you need your supplies on time, look elsewhere. I'm a repeat customer that they very well may lose. An order placed on a Sunday should reach me by Thursday in my mailbox in Emerson. Today they told me it's not getting in the canada post system till Wednesday. They are a joke!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
