My problem is with how you and the dispensaries I should say leafy and the dispensaries advertise their product. It's always a surprise to think I ordered a product I want specifically in the high THC usually 40 to 50s or higher and so I order and I get there and yes you have it and now it's only 30 I don't know why they do that you do it all the time. So it drives me nuts to think this just cannot be figured out with Leafly if the containers at 30 why do you always advertise 50 today you advertise 50.9% THC on the one that I was trying to order and I didn't buy it because of that reason to drop from 50.9% to 30 that's not what I came in here to buy why can't you be more transparent it's very noticeable to a lot of people anymore I've even told people to look before you buy you're not going to get on be happy I know it's not my first time here yes I'd recommend it to a friend but I tell him to make sure you look double look and triple look what you're buying and yeah it's up here again if the products available but if I get there and it's wrong and it's different completely from what you have on there for everything's the same except for the THC I used to think it was a typo and so did the budtenders but I you know everyone knows this a scam you got to think you got it you're going to get home and you're going to be mad cuz you can't return it not good

You have had the best customer service Bud tenders as they are very respectful and kind. Helpful with questions. Had the gentleman I had today he was very nice and very polite and look like he was just overall happy with his job right now thanks for going good for him, and he didn't mind running back and forth a couple times lol. So overall it's just you have good people working behind your counters they know the product and I don't know the product they find out somewhere about the products for you.
