Stopped by the store at 4:30pm on a Tuesday and it’s closed. I see the man restocking in the front window with the door locked not acknowledging people standing around wondering why it’s locked and closed. I buzzed in and a girl said they’re closed and to come back later but never game me a time even though the hours say 9am-11pm. I also tried calling 4 times with no response. There were at least 7 people waiting outside and everyone was confused. This is ridiculous for a big establishment such as Canna Cabana, as I’ve never had an issue at any other weed shop including Canna Cabana other than this one in Okotoks. The amount of customers that I’ve seen walk away because they’re randomly closed when it says open is absolutely crazy. Went to Plantlife Okotoks after and they were amazing. Very friendly and great employees. Great prices close to Canna Cabana, better hours (they’re actually open when they say they are) and better product choices.
