The crappiest customer care I’ve ever received. I placed an order at 5:11pm, received a confirmation email stating my order would be delivered between 7-8pm. I never received any communication stating otherwise so when it hit 7:50, I called to clarify and make sure I hadn’t made an error. No, they just needed an in state ID and instead of calling me and notifying me to send an updated ID or that they needed me to re-do the order OR ANY COMMUNICATION of any kind, they were just planning to skip my order. As a disabled person who would have made other accommodations because I physically can’t eat without thc due to my medical conditions and I struggle with nutrition/keeping food down etc, to find myself having waited around 3+ hours to be blown off and told too bad tells me this business is horrible. If someone places an order in your system, and their information doesn’t match the criteria required for a delivery, your system shouldn’t allow it to process. If your employee who processes the orders finds an order that doesn’t match the required data that your system allowed to process, then have the common sense and courtesy to COMMUNICATE that with your customers instead of letting it become a problem & then acting like you’re doing them a favor by taking the phone call. What a crappy crappy company that does less than the bare minimum
