Very friendly. I think it's the manager I see when I'm there. He's very friendly and knowledgeable. Only had a couple issue there. 1. Bad followup, I was promised I would be called when their next shipment of the product I was looking for came in. Never got a call... Luckily I stopped by a couple weeks later and they had some left. 2. Highly recommended a dosist soothe pen to me. The first time I used it, it was not bad but needed way more than what they recommended. Manufacturer recommends 3 doses in an hour for an experienced user.. I needed at least 4 within 15 min to feel anything. After that, the pen never worked again and yes I tried blowing through the other end to clear it. Basically it was a complete waste of about $110. I'm going to go back and see what they say about the pen. I recognize that it's not their fault that the product failed but after searching online I see this is a common review of dosist, so I'm primarily disappointed that it was so highly recommended, especially at that price.
