Staff is very unknowledgeable, passive aggressive, and do not care about basic customer service and do not make basic efforts to double check the order. I do think that there is a miscommunication or misunderstanding with the picture shown on the website and the product in the store. Incredibly aggravating I didn’t know I had the wrong order until i opened it,, can’t return or refund now, I wish the staff knew how to double check and look at pictures not just titles. Or update the website accordingly to the product in store. Please train your staff on topicals and devices, and make sure they at least make an effort for more customer satisfied sales, and support beyond the sale. Customer loyalty pays better than rip offs.

Best cannabis store in town. You can find eighths here for 18$, while its hard to find them for under 35$ at the other store. The place has a cool vibe, what you'd expect for a cannabis store, and not over the top. The people saying that staff is unknowledgeable are just wrong. The staff are super helpful, friendly, and give out free screens. Besides that, you shouldn't be asking a cashier for advice on a medical product anyway. I suppose the other store has doctors working the till, which would explain the extremely high prices.

The staff are unknowledgeable , the manager is rude I wanna like this place but they have to get there stuff together. Good prices bad service.

store is very bland. Empty, no add-ons at all. just weed, poorly priced as well. Kids working there that do not know anything about the stuff other than it gets them high.

Best shop out of the two in town. That being said, they offer random strains you might not have heard of. Nothing over 23-24% for absolutely top dollar. Attractive staff and friendly atmosphere.
