I've been a loyal customer at Canna Cabana, consistently visiting the Blackfalds location weekly and spending $60 to $120 each time. My purchases have always been the same, reflecting my appreciation for routine and reliability. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed to find that the items I regularly buy were moved to a premium membership cabinet. This change was surprising, as my regular purchases never necessitated a premium membership before. I believe in the values of integrity, reliability, and consistency, which is why Canna Cabana has been my go-to place for cannabis products. Unfortunately, this new policy feels like an unfair business tactic, forcing regular customers like myself into a membership for items that were previously available without it. Regrettably, this experience has led me to reconsider my patronage, as I cannot support a strategy that I feel takes advantage of loyal customers.
