Long story short - I accidentally placed an order online thinking it could be shipped I called to cancel and now I can’t remember the guys name but boy was he helpful gave me the information I needed to find the product I need here in Saskatchewan- thanks again

Tried to return a faulty product with proof of purchase. Manager was rude and irrational. I ended up leaving with utter disappointment never to return, even if I was completely I would drive a ways to go somewhere else .
