Cloud Nine Cannabis Shelbourne

Kim N. After frequenting pretty much every shop in Victoria, I've found Cloud Nine Shelbourne to be the best overall . The staff are super nice and friendly and extremely knowledgeable ! Has to be said , also very compassionate. They will always take the time to guide you to the right product for your needs. The store is immaculate and I can't say enough good things about this particular outlet. Great job Cloud Nine !!

Excellence in the retail settings at both locations. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and patient. Easy wheelchair access of course. I was a regular at the closer Fort St location, but now a regular at the Shelbourne outlet with their often different strains of flower cannabis. Well worth the drive from James Bay. Cloud Nine is my only store. -Chris

I have always enjoyed my cannabis shopping expierence at cloud nine on fort street and i decided to check out the second location and i was blown away by the new shop. Same great customer service and an excellent new shop !!! Fantastic job Cloud Nine Crew.

I love it here- this is my go to place. The employees are so knowledgeable, I really feel comfortable asking questions. Love coming here weekly to pick something new! Have absolutely nothing bad to say. The place is super clean, well organized, makes me feel comfortable and happy/calm! Can’t wait to see what they have in store for me for the future.
