DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! PAY CASH, IN-PERSON. IF THEIR SYSTEM GLITCHES, THEY WILL NOT LIFT A FINGER TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION! They've been holding my money for 4 days now, and refuse to acknowledge that the error is on their end. Normally, when you contact a company and explain that there's an error in the system, they react immediately and try to resolve the issue... well not at dacanna. "JP" (apparently he's a manager there) outright refuses to even look into the issue. Horrible customer service! Chargeback on my card is pending, and filed a formal complaint with my bank, which means their payment processor is likely going to raise the rates or even possibly cancel their merchant account. Take heed, these people have zero f***ks to give about their clients.
