For over a year now I have been coming to only elevate and I wouldn’t want to shop anywhere else the staff is knowledgeable and the owner is an amazing guy with lots of knowledge as well I’d recommend this place to anyone beginner smoker or long time smoker!

This place is awesome! Besides their AMAZING selection of products, their take on cannabis retailing during this pandemic just goes to show their immense dedication to serving the public in an efficient and safe manner. Their new set up allows you to easily view their menu and accessory displays through a window barrier which made me feel extremely safe and comfortable. Very pleased to see that these guys are taking the COVID-19 pandemic seriously. Can’t really say the same about a few other retailers I’ve visited on the weekends when elevate is closed. Keep up the great work guys! I will continue to support your local business through these difficult times!

Almost a year into legalization, I’ve been to most shops around the city and a few around the province in my travels. Elevate is still the best legal experience I’ve had. Met Josh the owner a few times and he’s always willing to chat with his customers. At elevate they educate! Support these local guys!

I've been to almost every store in the city and I think this is my favorite by far.

Great little shop tucked away off 118th. My first visit to any legal pot shop was a bit overwhelming but the dude there was knowledgeable and helpful, he accidentally passed me the debit machine paper roll instead of my preroll which was funny as hell. You pay for the service and atmosphere but it was worth it. One half-joint got me baked as I could want two times so I can't complain.

ELEVATE is not just another name, it's exactly what they're doing to the dispensary game. Going anywhere else will just be the same, and I can guarantee you it will be pretty lame. Massive variety, recycling program, and amazing staff, this doesn't require some mathematical graph! So don't let your next herb run be a total joke, let them Elevate your experience for the optimal smoke!

JayK1996 must have reviewed the wrong shop because elevate ALWAYS has product and their staff treat EVERYBODY like family. Lame attempt to sabotage the #1 dispensary in Edmonton (IMHO). Been here several times now and after seeing that review I had to respond. They set the standard for cannabis in Edmonton after visiting the "others" over the past two months. Never disappoints and always the highlight of my day when I stop in. Can't see how anyone would ever be disappointed buying from elevate.

Can’t say enough about the staff here. Extremely friendly, very knowledgeable about the products on hand and an extremely beautiful establishment. Would return time and time again. The products are high quality and I left extremely satisfied.

THEY HAVE A RECYCLING BIN FOR THE STUPID AMOUNT OF PACKAGING!!! I know none of the consumer facing companies have control over the mandated excessive packaging but it's nice to see someone providing collection. This alone keeps me coming back. They also have excellent service and knowledgeable staff. they carry locally made glass wear; nice to see support for local artisans!

Okay, now THIS is how recreational shops should be. Friendly and comfortable avoiding the Apple Store-like sterility, but with all available product all clearly marked and displayed. None of this “we have displays of all these products but actually none of it in stock” malarkey, lots of neat gear, and staff willing to let you just check everything out instead of pouncing on you to take your order and get you out as soon as possible. Approachable staff, easy parking, it’s all good here.

I had the opportunity to stop in this business today and was surprised by the professionalism and atmosphere once I walked through the door.I had the chance to speak with Joshua and voice my concerns about the lack of quality control in other stores. Since legalization certain CBD products are harder to come by, and the quality seems to be slipping from the Big Guys. I thank you for the knowledge gained,and the product purchased.I will shop here again...

Elevate is my #1 place to go. I recommend this store to everyone i know. It is easy to get to, fairly easy parking, the staff are top notch and very easy going. I love how this store has everything displayed on many large screens which makes it super easy to read and decide what you want. Don't waste your time at other shops, go to Elevate!
