Absolutely awesome customer service. The drivers Bruce and Spencer are so patient and polite. Love so many of their products and great customer service !

The new manager is on a power trip and made the entire experience very disappointing. He was incredibly rude and refused to tell me his name after he tried to kick me out for no reason without allowing me to get my medication... after a huge misunderstanding and him allowing customers to bully me, I finally chose a different cashier to make my purchase. She was kind and understanding of my situation when she realized he had caused me a panic attack, and did her job even though he was behind her telling her not to sell to me for the simple fact that he was bitter. Unacceptable behaviour especially from management of such an establishment. I wish I could say I will never go back but I dont really have a choice.

The staff here are great but there's some weird barbershop/goldfish/brodude vibe going on here. I feel like I need to take a shower after going here. The staff are always nice but I'm waiting for one of them to write 'help me' on my receipt as they slide it through the cage slot.

Often current stock does not reflect website stock. Recent visit was incredibly slow, staff looking for items that were no longer available but is still showing current stock. This delay resulted in lots of people packing into the store and resulting in over capacity with ~20 people in the store.
Wouldn't have come had I known you were out of stock.

I've been to some other dispensaries before... but I wanted to try this one because they have a store near my house and also one downtown near my work. Customer service was top-notch!.. the budtender was knowledgeable and I didn't feel rushed. Inside.. It feels very high-end? Only negative is that packaging is stupid and bulky but that's the same everywhere... I'll be back!!

The place used to be a lot better but now it's all government regulated and all they care about is money you can tell by the packaging, they give you a gram in a container that can hold a quarter ounce and there prices are 2 times the price as a good dispensary, and offer no incentivised recycling program like you'll find among most other dispensaries that only use bags not oversized containers, over all Farmacy is my least recommended dispensary in the city unless you prefer screwing the environment and overpaying for a false sense of quality product

We encourage all staff and customers to send feedback to Licensed Producers about their experience and we hope that as a collective we can offer enough insight to see more sustainable changes.In the meantime, our staff are happy to suggest products with reasonable amounts of packaging and you’re always welcome to return any of your empty containers for proper recycling if you do not have access to a blue bin.
Some prices have increased (mostly our small batch craft cannabis products). Most of our products however are competitive with other retailers and are the same price or more affordable than what we carried pre-legalization. In addition to that, we now have accurate THC and CBD percentages and all products are lab tested. These regulatory additions to the cannabis industry definitely inflate prices.
We do anticipate legal cannabis prices to lower as greater supply capacity comes in line. Additionally, once more legal retailers gain licenses, pressure will increase to close competing grey market shops. This will steer more people toward legal avenues and ultimately decrease prices (this is very relevant in Victoria and Vancouver). This chain of events will create a more balanced market and we’ll start noticing familiar quality products are lower prices.
Hope this gives you better insight into whats happening with legal stores and what to anticipate in the future.

Arriving from Seattle, my mind was blown by BC Bud! This dispensary is the nicest I have ever seen. Staff was very helpful and knowledgable.

FARM - The Original Farmacy is the BEST dispensary in Victoria, and I firmly believe that it is the best dispensary on the island, quite possibly BC.
The staff are extremely friendly, and helpful. They are knowledgable and were awesome when helping me choose what products would work best for me.
I would 100% bring my mom to this dispensary, and she doesn't even smoke pot!

It was extremely fast shipping and the mail ordering service is excellent. The Staff is very friendly and the medicine they provide has a good quality with desirable effects. The staff is very friendly and answers all emails in a very timely manner. Absolutely amazing, Thank you FARM!

I researched dispensary's when I first came to the island in 2015 and I chose Farm because in every way, this was the most professional, courteous, and well-stocked dispensary that I found. 3 years later, I'm still unimpressed with the competition!
And this new location is bloody beautiful.

I am so excited about the opening of the new FARM - The Original Farmacy on Douglas St. in downtown Victoria, BC. That screen showing giant shots of bud is my favorite part.
