Product knowledge is zilch. People who answer phone are rude and do what seems like rushing customer off phone or in store. When it opened staff was the opposite it is now, very polite and knowledgeable whether it was papers or flower, they knew. 5 calls in a row buddy has been rude and first few times i went in after it was a guy with blonde hair who acts very inappropriate with his talking gibberish and underneath his breath. Four20, 127 St Cannabis Queen, fire and flower, spiritleaf always have staff making customers feel welcome and not like they did something wrong trying to receive information. Very displeased and after loyalty first year you opened, the service is trash.

I think locally owned is a good start. This family business is top notch. Please support our local risk takers.

Staff is always friendly, helpful. They've given awesome suggestions for what I was looking for. Location is very accessible for parking...and the added bonus is shopping at a locally owned and operated store.
