I bought wrong bag of edibles and wanted to exchange. I didn’t have a receipt but gave her the day via visa charge electronically. Then the manager wanted to know what time I was there 2 days ago. This wasn’t a refund people. And it was 6.99. I was doing an exchange. Took approximately 15 minutes of annoyed manager and stupid business set up. She had to physically go through all the receipts electronically for Jan 13. I was stunned! Then she said well, we’re a young company, 2 years old! Someone has an IQ of 5 on a hot day whoever set up they’re returns/exchanges. Really dumb. Going elsewhere!
