Nova Cannabis - Fort McMurray, Thickwood

My favorite store!! Love the people and the product :)

Depending on who is working, this is the only cannabis dispensary in Fort McMurray that doesn’t respect my medical exemption from wearing a mask.

Tried taking advantage of the 10% off leafy orders, waited for hours with no response. Don’t offer a pick-up service if it is not going to be utilized. Also based on physical trips, I walked in there one day to find a budtender who was selling a high quality product to a customer (Qwest). The budtender mocked the price and said she never thought it would sell cause it’s so expensive. You guys need to inform your budtenders of the products they are selling and how to actually sell them. Product wise they offer the same as any other legal outlet. Overall: Disappointed.

I liked the atmosphere in the building, nice displays.. the leafly service was subpar as when I walked in it wasn't busy and he didn't even check for my order after 25 mins. got the bud, will use different place next time.

Three times I've been in this shop and each time there's been budtenders absolutely trashing all sorts of their products while trying to tell you to go get it online for cheaper.

Horrible experience. The staff doesn’t have a clue what they’re talking about or selling. There’s one in Stoney Creek that’s exponentially better if you’re actually having questions about something. I don’t understand how you open a dispensary with staff who know nothing about the product.
