Forced to sell their own terrible products, zero awareness of strains. Only focused on selling high thc products that are inflated through false labelling. They’ll sell you an inferior product over quality because they’re told to focus ONLY on thc which is highly inaccurate.

This was my first time at this Value Buds location and I have no regrets! The costumer service was impeccable, “Jada” I think that’s her name. Jada’s well mannered and enthusiastic! Offered clarity and the correct information on numerous products… what great costumer service! She even got me to buy a top leaf ounce that was totally out of my budget , worth it!!! Top leaf Is a brand I commend and recommend now! :)

Terrible customer service. Staff did not know any of their products and had very little knowledge with cannabis. When I asked the difference between two strains the answer I received “I don’t smoke weed”. When I asked about a specific product on line I was met with a short unfriendly response. I won’t be coming back to this location, no matter the “value”
