The company doesn't stand behind its products, save your money and go down to the street to Kushi or The Local Cannabist. I was sold a defective vape cart (tasted like kerosene and burnt my throat and the top wasn't sealed properly) and I was told by the manager Kaitlyn that they couldn't do anything about it unless it was leaking. Well guess what the defective cart started leaking and I brought it back and I had to huff and puff just to get a refund. Honestly disturbed enough by the whole experience with regards with their lack of concern over customer safety that I have filed a complaint with health canada.

Jasper Gates Nova Cannabis is our go to store. Brendan always welcomes us and treats us well. The staff go out of their way to make you comfortable and to share their extensive knowledge to help you make the right choice. As a heavy consumer I appreciate the in-depth knowledge about new products and things I end up really liking. Always a great selection to choose from. They keep the same staff! We know all their staff by first name and feel just as comfortable with any of them. Brendan has created a warm, inviting atmosphere for your shopping needs. Everything is out in the open so you can see it. There are very helpful lists on the wall to streamline shopping. WE LOVE JASPER GATES NOVA CANNABIS. BEST SHOP IN TOWN!
