Prairie Records - Broadway

This store is the closest dispensary to my house. I have visite more than 1 time and most recently as of last December. I like that it is on Broadway so that is one positive. Other than that I avoid going here. I have had a staff member comment on my ID before that I looked like I had been fatter before and lost a lot of weight which was a very weird and not necessary comment he also seemed very aggressive and really ever turned me off from going back. I also have found multiple staff there do not know much about the products they are selling and will try and push stuff on you that is the opposite of what you are saying you are looking for. The menu is hard to read. I like the location but out of all the staff most I have interacted with act like they don't care to help you or don't have much knowledge etc.

Lots of bad employees here who have bad knowledge of the mostly overpriced products they sale. Not very friendly customer service whenever I have gone in there most times. Which is why I do not go there now. I really do not care if this business fails and in fact I think that maybe it deserves to. There are many many better dispensaries in town or you could grow your own and you would be much better off than going to this store! :)

Beautiful store full of beautiful people

broadway location said it was closing early for new years eve but the preston location was open til normal time, i live out of town 45 mins and when i got there they where closed! what a waste of time obviously the workers shut down early even though they were supposed to stay open til 11 but they didnt, not very professional and im not very happy driving and wasting so much gas when i was told they would be open. pretty pathetic if you ask me. wpnt be getting my business anymore

be careful using their delivery service... i asked them to deliver at a later time and they confirmed but delivered way earlier, do not use the delivery service if you’re living with people who don’t know about your weed usage!

I absolutely recommend this shop for pickup...NOT So much for delivery options though. I am fortunate and have been given a 20% off friends and family discount card. You cannot use it for delivery. Normally this is NOT a problem. However, they have not thought through the COVID-19 dilemna. I am in quarantine and cannot leave. They cannot honour the 20% discount when using the online option. PR's advised they WILL NOT be able to REFUND the difference even if receipts are produced following quarantine. This is rather poor customer service given the circumstances. Cest la vie.

Great staff, excellent selection, they know how to take care of their customers. What more could you want out of a weed store?Shop elsewhere, but once you shop at prairie records broadway, you’ll understand why it’s worth the extra mileage. Or you won’t! Lol, but I like it!

Way too expensive! It’s a distracting store and unfortunately the bus tenders are lacking knowledge.
