The Oz Store - Orleans

Only one employee is problematic but he's really not good for the customers. A respectful discussion about a problem with the rewards program was met with a threat to call the police to get me expelled out of the store. I have been a loyal customer since they opened. This is absolutely insulting and totally in called for. Another in-store customer rushed out to ask me why I was treated so disrespectfully. I am not buying even rolling papers from that trashy store anymore. I'm sure the owners (including silent partners) would be very upset that this sort of thing happens at the Orleans Store. There are 10 dispensaries within very short driving distance, I would recommend "Budget Bud Or and Town Center" just a block away on Centrum. I do not deserve to be disrespected by a front desk employee who has no solution with a bad attitude. I am done with The Oz Store, they were OK but now that employee with the light brown hair and glasses , he needs to go.

Always fast, always knowledgeable, and probably one of the best menus in orleans. and the prices are also some of the lowest. skip the big corporate chains and stick to local!

I don't know how and why but they have the cheapest "blackberry cream" cartridge in 1g for ONLY $43.2 after tax. And their staffs are so friendly, no matter they're in this one or another branch. But looks like there's a glitch if you order on Leafly, the staff told me they didn't get any order from this platform but I called them to double check if the cartridge I would like to buy was in stock and after checking my ID, I successfully bought it directly in their retail store.

A small store filled with big friendly personalities and great prices. I started shopping here when they first opened. I've given all the other local shops a try, but I keep coming back to Oz.
