On the last day that Cannabis stores were open on April 4, I ordered and paid for 2 vape pens (1 in packaging, 1 not), 4 chocolate and 2 packs of gummies. I didn't check the bag until I got home and I realized that they did not give me the gummies that I paid $20 for. Then I tried the San Rafael Tangerine Dream disposable vape pen and it didn't work. When I called about it, I was piolite and they were not nice. I emailed Tokyo Smoke who took no responsibility because the shop is a franchise. They also referred me to San Rafael, avoiding further accounability. San Rafael informed me that the vape should have been in official packaging with the packaging date and a 16 digit lot number on it. I guess legalized cannabis stores can be super SHADY. Please be careful if you ever go here.

ill make it short-- ive heard good things but I got weed packed almost a year in advance and it smelled like mildew i threw out 5 grams of it it was like walking into a damp basement....0 out of 10....waste of money
Service was good. I had left my purse in my friend's car and wanted something to smoke so saw Tokyo and went in to get a pre-rolled. I normally pay $5. for a pre-rolled joint and it's a good size. What I got from this place was half the size of what I'm normally sold and I paid $12.00(!!!) for it. The only reason I bought it was because it would have been quite a while until I got my own stuff. I paid more than double for a mediocre joint that was about half of what I normally buy! Then they wanted over $4. for a BIC lighter "because it's branded". Double the price to advertise for them! I bummed a light off a stranger on the street. And yes, it was mediocre at best. Next time I will make sure I have my cigarette case with me! So much for legal stuff.
Great selection, great location and one and only graded card grinder allowing on grinding different thickness (amazing stuff, but I only got grinder to prove my point) I’m middle age bold 44 years old man, and security ask me for ID at the door. I’m like: Are you serious? He says: yes it is for the camera… This was absolutely utter BS and no respect for my privacy. I do not shop online because I do not want to show my identity. Me shopping at physical location is only due to privacy, I spend tons of time and money to travel to physical location, but store is violating my identity without even blinking an eye. It could be intentional or not on their side, I will not be commenting on that. They have to realize a lot of people would like to try pot, but only if they can be anonymous, which physical locations should provide. On to the next store that respects and can recognize my age and love for privacy.
