Short wait, extremely helpful staff. Took a solid 30 minutes to review the menu with me and made a few great recommendations. As another reviewer mentioned, the vibes are immaculate.

This is only my second time at clevelands Terrsana but everyone is very nice and the place is very clean and the products have been good. Every time I drop in, it’s like coming home. Staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. Pricing and availability of a variety of products and delivery systems are consistent and affordable. Ok so my first time to OK was here. I meet my favorite bud tender Taylor who helped navigate me through my choices and the services. She was awesome! Very patient with me and all my questions. Being from out of state I didn’t want to break any rules and I had little understanding of how things where being done. She quickly got me up to speed and kindly helped me. The Romulan was beautiful and delicious. Huge buds tight and firm. So when I got my second visitors pass I was sure to stop in again! This time even more pleased I found the best deals on the best buds! Straight forward prices on quality medical. You just can’t get any better than this. Thanks for keeping it simple for us simple folks! I can’t wait to come back to see what is on next months menu! You ARE MY favorite dispensary! 6 months ago my cart had gotten stolen while was at a friends halloween party , when i had showed up to her house got out of my car it was there in the grass dirty but the oil was still clean the inside was not dirty and it still worked still charged everything it survived 6 months on rain and snow i didn’t expect to work i HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place

I was in the shop today and tried the AK-47 and the cheetah piss 1g pre-roll. OMG, if you are looking for a creeper, the cheetah piss is your go-to and has a very calming effect. The AK-47 is great and the high is amazing. Thank you for the amazing customer service!
