I come here at least once a week or 10 times a month... literally. The staff: it's a hit or miss depending on if they're new or not. I know some of the staff names as to Gio & Daniel. They're dope budtenders, knowledgeable and enjoy our small chats. I typically come in the night before they close, since I get off pretty late at 9:30 in Marin County, I always try to make it because it's open until 10PM, which helps me even if there about to close, I understand that it's a bothersome being that late customer but, there's no dispensary in Marin County open late, so crossing the bridge is worth it especially with welcoming staff that are true to their job and helping people with their needs. Always gives the best recommendations.

What I like about Grass Roots was that not only was the staff very helpful, hearing about their experiences with cannabis products helped me delve into a part of cannabis. That new part was edibles. I purchased the Huckleberry Wyld gummies and they gave me the best high I received in a while. Thank you Grass Roots SF!!!!!

Was in town for the weekend and stumbled across this dispensary. It is located close to Chinatown and Italy. Staff and security were amazing. Prices are great. Best products we found while in town.

the only concern I have is with the preroll filters the filters have too many folds at the center of the filter. Love the products I go here everyday sometimes more than once, I am a regular at this store the staff are friendly and try their best at satisfying their customers. plus it's the closest one to my home. Friendly folks, welcoming layout, in and out quickly. Kind of a hidden gem for top shelf flower, w/ 2022 Emerald Cup winners in their inventory at ~$5 cheaper per eighth than anywhere else in the city at the time of this posting. Will definitely be back!
