I’ve shopped here many many times and will many more. I’m always greeted and everyone is always very polite friendly and upbeat, I’ve even made friends with a few of the past bud tenders and new. The wait time is usually pretty short due to the hard work of the employees. One in particular that helped me out as always was Angie! Thanks again always 5/5. As for the quality of products it’s very wide selection so I’m sure you can find what your looking for whether that be quantity or quality. The discounts and the deals are extremely helpful and a life saver sometimes. Also anytime i e had an issue I was always given a replacement product or something in the same price range I wanted. Lastly as I said it’s not much wait time but if you have to it’s a very laid back chill comfortable atmosphere 5/5 recommend!

This was my first time at this spot, I had a small issue, I came to buy 2 ounces and I could only buy one and I misunderstood them about the 20% discount. You have to join their rewards club. Super friendly great bartenders. I actually had two today cause I had to come back in to get another ounce as a rec patient. The budtender checking me out helped me with my 20% discount. I was able to leave with my two zips and I will absolutely be back. Like I said s super friendly and absolutely helped me as I live 30 miles away. They made it so I did not have to come back tomorrow. Thank you star buds.

The store has nice ambiance and a convenient menu. The employees were friendly, and when I looked lost browsing, Heather helped me choose a new product, which turned out to be a great fit for me. Overall, great customer service and inviting atmosphere.

The service I received from Thom today was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful to me. He informed me about the points, that I didn't even know I had, and how they could be used towards my purchase. I lefted there feeling great. I was here tonight my 1st time,the woman who took care of me was literally amazing!! Such a sweet woman and wasn't pushy at all ,let me smell everything I wanted without seeiming like I'm being to much. She was happy to.do it . Even let me get grams of a few diff flowers I wanted to try. I will absolutely be back from here on! I found my new spot! The product is what I've been looking for! The fact the security held the door open for me to make sure I could easily get in and out of the store and offered to get me a wheelchair means the world to me. He went above and beyond his duties and it’s something I’ll never forget 11/10 highly recommend them!
