I have placed many orders through this place and have always had a 10/10 experience. last night i received the wrong bag and i called them to let them know and it all got sorted out within an hour usually in scenarios like this theres sometimes questions because people CAN be dishonest and there was nothing but friendly discourse and we got it all sorted out. 10/10 always using this place

Definitely one of the best dispensaries in the area. I've been to both of their locations, Culver City and East LA, and love the service I get at both. They also have pretty great prices and awesome staff, shout out to Cindy!

Hands down one of the best dispensary experiences I've had! The staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. They took the time to answer all my questions and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Shota like yoda was a GREAT HELP! Thank you! The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection of products. Prices were fair, and the quality was top-notch. I'll definitely be coming back!

I’ve been buying from these guys since I moved to Castaic. The quality product and service I get is unmatched. They give you a call right away whenever you order something out of stock and give you options for replacements. Sometimes they hook you up with something extra free of charge. Sometimes they mess up on your order, but as soon as you give them a call and let them know what happened they’re resolving the issue right away. Delivery takes a little long sometimes, but I expect it being in Castaic. Have bought product from these guys since I moved here and will continue to buy product from these guys as long as I’m here. Highly recommend these guys to anyone searching for a quality delivery service for some free top. Stay lifted my friends

Great experience. Not only did they call me to extend a deal out to me that was an easy "yes" but the delivery went smoothly. Everyone was smiling and that is way better than what I usually experience with other leafly sellers

Used Leafly to find this gem! You had me at name… Rocky Road Remedies. Cause that’s what I was in need of. Almost 7 weeks since my total knee replacement. Ryan was my guy and understood my knees. It was an informed conversation and his delivery was personal and coherent. I’m legit going in for pain and Ryan surely took that into consideration and provided insights. Nice place. Everyone I interacted with was cool. I would highly suggest RRR. LOVE THE NAME! It’s my favorite ice cream flavor so… Remedies is what I came in for and got much more than that.

The store is clean and well organized with a lot of display counters and have a good variety of brands, strains and equipment. The staff is always kind and informative whenever I had questions. The the parking lot can get busy but that's pretty common.

First off, Trinidad is a place u have to visit if u smoke. I’ve never seen a towns economy more driven by dispensaries. It’s a cool experience. 2nd off… once u get there, this dispo is a must. I’m a complete strain and quality snob n this spot was an amazing balance between the top tier quality I need and surprisingly low pricing. So low that I expected to walk into some popcorn or shake OZs based on pricing, that were instead exactly what I had hoped for. I grabbed a zip of 28% Blue Dream for 65 OTD and some fiiiiiiiire Super Silver Haze live resin Gs for like $14 each. I went to a lot of the dispos while we were in town and this is the main spot as far as I’m concerned. (Not to say I didn’t grab a few things elsewhere too cause this town is amazing) Customer service was great as well. I think I dealt w the owner or manager on day 2, a very polite and accommodating woman budtender who got me exactly what I needed. Day 1 was even better as I had a different budtender who got me all hooked up while we had a chat about weed n South Park Easter eggs that are really true in Colo. Oh and one of the most important things, which I can’t say for all the spots in Trinidad… THEY UPDATED THEIR LEAFLY MENU ACCORDINGLY. I went to another spot next door and went 0 for 4 on strains I wanted that had appeared online days before we got there and even after I had brought it to their attention. Underground Station is dope!!! Go check out Trinidad for a weekend n clearly make a plan to stop by Underground Station both days and load tf up! I’ll be back for sure.
