As a first time customer I was highly impressed with not only the product, but customer service was absolutely the best I have ever experienced at a dispensary! I had the pleasure of having Jenny as my Bud tender and she was incredible. She explained to me about their business and how it’s ran by the family. Not only is the store ran by family, the family grows majority of their product locally. They are extremely supportive of local businesses as they gave me some cards for restaurants and businesses. They also included some very cool 3D printed keychains made by the owner! This dispensary treated me so incredibly and I will always recommend friends here. This dispensary definitely deserves a visit if you are looking for incredible Bud and wonderful people. Thank you for all your kindness

I enjoy frequenting Urban Wellness in Las Cruces. It is just a hop skip and a jump off East Lohman. Urban carries an amazing quality of product. I am always satisfied, and more knowledgeable about the product I purchased, as well as, new product out on the shelf, I have never been disappointed. The Team at Urban Wellness is exceptional in customer service, like the product - they are consistent. They greet you always with a smile on their faces, welcoming you enter the front door. The product is top quality, and the prices are very affordable. Take the time to go check them out, great atmosphere, good people, and great product! I have been a Medical Card Holder for over 7 years. As a patient I have been in many dispensaries. My experience at Minerva I Los Luna's has been one I'll never forget. Gi Gi is an example of someone you would hope to see in every dispensary. I've been very I'll during my visit. GiGi dropped everything to help me. I was very sick. She walked out with me, made sure I could get home. She went way above &beyond! I haven't been back for months. Today I walked in & immediately she ask how I was. I was embarrassed due to how sick I was my last visit. That disappeared in 2 minutes. She is an amazing employee! She will be the reason I return. Tim went out of his way to make sure I left with what I needed. Very kind, smiled the whole time. Again, making me extremely comfortable. Great experience! Thank u both

Raymond, Darin, and Mr. Chico are stellar crew. I always ask for the most aromatic/pungent strains, and they never disappoint. Lots of flavor, majority of the strains pack a punch with only 1 good hoot, leaving you set for most of the day. For those that are worried about quality, I’ve had every ash come out white as snow, so the grow certainly has a handle on things. They seem to carry a lot of ‘In House Genetics’, which I am now becoming a fan of myself. Thank you for all you folks do, and a thank you to Mr. Rodriguez.

This location has been been my weed-staple. Unlike other (corporate-minded) dispensaries, Empire Twin Palms is a customer-centric marijuana sanctuary. Every time I've been there, its been a pleasure. During my recent experience, I was helped by Hannah. She took the time to explain their "deal(s)-of-the-day" (a strategy where, working with vendors, they promote products).
